Postnatal RecoveryFor your postnatal period I offer sessions to improve your postnatal recovery. I use various techniques to treat and pamper you with: massage, reflexology, acupressure, cupping, polarity and nutritional advice. These are generally 1.5 hour sessions. Postnatal SupportMy postnatal work is about empowering a family to take care of itself and I can facilitate this as needed by helping around the house, offering encouragement, infant soothing techniques etc. I ensure the new mother is fed, well hydrated, comfortable and help her rest and find peace with herself. It is about helping a family make a transition- be it from couple to family or expanding family, assisting older siblings adjust to their new role. |
